Dive into German with me, a certified language teacher and German->English translator with over 12 years of experience in education and translation!
I became bilingual by devouring German books, films, and other media throughout my childhood in the American Midwest. Then I picked up and moved to Germany for grad school.
Connecting with people through language and applying linguistic knowledge in the real world lie at the heart of my curriculum. These have been the most effective and fulfilling aspects of my path to fluency and sharing them with students is my recipe for success. I want learners to walk out the door the first day with the tools they need to have a brief conversation!
